A Dash of Sugar

This is called an Apple Turnover!!! They are delicious pastries and perfect for a warm spring day The inside filling is apple cooked in caster sugar with butter! The caster sugar and butter mixture can be cooked a bit longer to become caramel fudge

The side is traditionally ice-cream, whip-cream or cool-whip, but can be replaced with any kind of prepared cold dish Topping is icing sugar with caramel fudge, chocolate fudge or any other kind of fudge you want
